Food and drink is the heat-recovery sector. Almost uniquely in industry, its sites run large heat rejections (refrigeration condensers, oven flues, batch cooling) a few metres from large, year-round heat demands (washdown water, CIP tanks, the next batch's preheat), and most of the time the two have never been introduced. Every process course on this platform cashes in its own signature pairing; this lesson teaches the method they all share, so that on any site you can build the matching table yourself rather than waiting to recognise a textbook case.
