Capstone: HVAC Diagnostics & Optimisation

You've learned how HVAC systems work, where they waste energy, and the controls and free-cooling strategies that keep them efficient. This capstone drops you into the plant room as the auditor — and like real life, you don't know what you'll find until you look. Some of these call-outs you'll crack with a quick calculation (the fan and pump affinity laws, a chiller COP, a free-cooling sum); others you'll reason out from the symptoms.
