You've learned how HVAC systems work, where they waste energy, and the controls and free-cooling strategies that keep them efficient. This capstone drops you into the plant room as the auditor, and like real life, you don't know what you'll find until you look. Some of these call-outs you'll crack with a quick calculation (the fan and pump affinity laws, a chiller COP, a free-cooling sum); others you'll reason out from the symptoms. All eight are about finding improvements and optimisations and proving what they're worth, exactly the judgement an energy manager needs walking a building.
