An audit is judged by what gets implemented, and implementation is decided by people who will read three pages of your report at most. The report is therefore not a record of work done; it is a persuasion document with an evidence appendix. This final lesson covers the structure that works, the writing habits that make numbers land, and the follow-through that separates audits that changed a site from audits that furnished a shelf.

In this lesson

  • 01Structure: three documents in one binding
  • 02Writing habits that earn trust
  • 03After the report
