Hybrid Systems (Fossil + Renewable)

Real buildings rarely run on a single energy source. Hybrid systems combine renewables with conventional supply, or several renewables together, so that each technology works where it is strongest, delivering lower carbon and cost than any one alone while keeping the supply reliable.
